I “finished” my Sketchbook Project. There is a lot missing that I wanted in here that I couldn’t draw due to pain and forced myself to complete it because I sunk $40 on the thing. Speaking of pain, I don’t have carpal tunnel which isn’t really good news yet. I’m waiting for lab results to tell me if I have a disease or if I’m going to be crippled for the rest of my life. I’m still overwhelmed by the prospect of not doing art as a Serious Thing and can’t really put into words what I am feeling so I won’t try.
Anyway here are pictures of the shitty hardcover book I handmade that you can view in the Brooklyn Art Library and on tour whenever it goes on tour whateverwhocaresholyshit.

One of the last things I drew before my ailment was my Smut Peddler comic Overboard. We’ll be having a Kickstarter at some point, so I will post about that when it happens, but you totally want this book if you are of legal age and a cool person cause all cool people will have it trust me.
I’m closing down Sage Comics next month. It’s time. If you’re a fan I hope you continue to keep up with all the comics you liked from our roster that are still updating and support the ones who have moved on with their new projects.
Okay I guess I have to say something about Two Rooks. The diagnosis I get this month will decide what’s going to happen with that, my currently closed freelance business, and pretty much everything in my life…but I do know that not completing 2R when I’m so close will make me feel like the biggest failure and probably impede me from ever drawing again even for fun so don’t worry about that. What I have absolutely no clue on is printing it. That’s a rant for another day when I know what the fuck my problem is and it will probably involve a reader poll or something if there are even any readers left.
See you in February.
